This recipe make 200 gr
Apple large 1 (200 gr)
Granulated Sugar 1 Tb
Water 60 ml
Lemon Juice 1 Tb
1. Peel and core the apple, cut it into chunks (1/2 inch).
2. Place the apples into a saucepan with the sugar and water.
3. Cook over low heat for about 25 min or until it soft and translucent, stir occasionally.
(cover the saucepan)
4. Remove from the heat, add lemon juice.
5. Using food processor, blend until smooth.
6. Place it into a jar, let cool then refrigerate.
