This recipe make 6 mini burger buns/4 burger buns/4 hotdog buns

Ingredients :
– Dry –
Bread Flour 200 gr
Active Dry Yeast 7 gr
Granulated Sugar 10 gr
– Wet –
Water 100 ml
Egg 1
Olive Oil 1 Tb
Salt

Milk for brushing
 
Method :
1. Mix together dry ingredients.
2. Add in water, egg, and oil. Mix for about 5 min before add the salt.
3. Mix again over medium speed for 5 min more.
4. Place it in a greased bowl, cover, proof for about 1 hour or until it doubled in size.
– after 1 hour –
1. Divide the dough into 6 or 4 portions (depend on what do you want to make, this time I made medium size buns, I divided the dough into 5 portions)
2. Cover and let the dough rest for about 15 min.
– after 15 min –
1. Shape the dough and place it into baking pan.
2. Cover and proof again for about 1 hour.
– after 1 hour –
* Preheat oven 400 F
1. Brush the dough with milk.
2. Bake for about 14 – 15 min or until it becomes brown on color.
3. Let cool.
