Mango Vanilla Panna Cotta recipe ‹ buttonspoon

This recipe make 3 cups or glasses

Ingredients (Mango) :
Water 100 ml
Gelatine Powder 1 ts
Granulated Sugar 30 gr
Mango Puree 165 gr
Heavy Cream 2 Tb

Method :
1. Steam the water on low heat.
2. Add in the gelatine, stir until fully dissolved.
3. Remove from the heat.
4. Stir in the sugar until dissolved.
5. Pour yhe gelatine mixture into mango puree, stir to combine.
6. Add the cream and stir again.
7. Place the mixture into a cup or glass dishes, then refrigerate to set.
(make an angle for about 45 degree, you can use a baking pan to hold the position)
  
Ingredients (Vanilla) :
Whole Milk 180 ml
Gelatine Powder 1 1/2 ts
Granulated Sugar 3 Tb
Heavy Cream 180 ml
Vanilla Extract 1 ts
Salt a pinch

Mango Puree 60 gr

Method :
1. Steam the milk on low heat.
2. Add the gelatine, stir until it fully dissolved.
3. Remove from the heat.
4. Stir in the sugar.
5. Add the heavy cream and vanilla extract, stir until incorporated.
6. Sprinkle the salt, stir again.
7. Pour the mixture into a glass with mango panna cotta inside.
(make sure the mango panna cotta is fully set before you pour in the vanilla one)
8. Place the glass in normal position.
9. Refrigerate until the panna cotta is fully set.
10. Place the mango puree on top of each panna cotta.
11. Serve.
