Ingredients :
Unsweetened Chocolate – dice 200 gr
Whipping Cream 1 cup

Method :
Bring the whipping cream to a boil, then pour it into a bowl of diced chocolate. Let it sit for a couple minute then stir it until the chocolate dissolved and combined. Set aside at room temperature.

You can refrigerated it up to 3 months. When you want to use, just melt it using double boiler method.
