This recipe make 12 standard cups

Dry Ingredients
All Purpose Flour 1 cup
Baking Powder 1 1/2 teaspoons
Baking Soda 1/2 teaspoon
A pinch of Salt

Wet Ingredients
Whole Milk 80 ml
Vanilla Extract 1 teaspoon
Peanut Butter 6 tablespoons
Unsalted Butter 38 gr
Light Brown Sugar 8 tablespoons
Eggs large 2
Raspberry jam or your favourite jam

Method :
* Preheat oven 350 fahrenheit
* Sift together dry ingredients, set aside
* Combine milk and vanilla extract, set aside
Cream together peanut butter, unsalted butter, and brown sugar until fluffy for about 5 minutes. Beat in egg one at a time. Add in dry ingredients alternating with milk mixture, start and end with dry ingredients (dry-milk-dry-milk-dry). Bake for about 22 – 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool on cooling rack, after it cool make a hole in the center with small knife. Pour in 1 teaspoon of raspberry jam on it. Set aside.
